Our staff

Our staff specialise in small and medium businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organisations. We focus not only on local but on foreign businesses and individuals as well.

Luda Beanland CTA, ACMA, CGMA, DchA

Managing Director and Founder

Luda graduated university in 1999 with a degree in Accountancy with Honours. She finished her CIMA qualification in 2008 and did further training which led to her obtaining a Masters Degree at the Cass Business School in 2011 during which, one of her course projects was published on the Charity Finance Group website.

Luda has successfully completed as Chartered Tax Adviser qualification and currently is moving towards International Tax Adviser qualification. Luda has a wealth of experience advising on corporate and individual taxation. Having worked for a number of years in both the Commercial and Charity Sectors, she currently specialises in Taxation, Management Accounting and Cash Flow Management.

She is a busy mother of two. In her free time, she likes sport and travelling.

Andrew Sun ACCA, MA, BA

Accounts Director

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2014, with many years of experience in various practices and industries prior to this. In his free time he likes travelling and regularly visits the gym.

Elena Shirobokova MAAT

Accountant

Elena graduated from university with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration with honours. She has an experience of more than 10 years in Management Accounting and Regularly Reporting for banks and non-banks internationally.

She is MAAT qualified and ACCA finalist.

In her free time, Elena enjoys spending time with her children, reading and dancing.

Assem Tazabekova

Marketing Executive

Assem graduated from Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics. She also successfully completed training courses in Social Media Marketing at SMMART. Asem is engaged in the development of marketing events, working with clients, as well as the management of the company social media accounts.

Mentay Abugaliyeva

Office & Finance Administrator

Mentay graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Economy, Finance and International Trade in 2008. In 2018 she starts her career with a ACCA in London, UK and currently she is a part qualified ACCA Accountant. She has an experience of more than 10 years in accounting.  In her free time, Mentay keeps active, loves running and cooking.

Tamara Roslavtseva

Business Development Executive

Tamara graduated from UCL with an MSc in Management and Finance. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Brand Management from London School of Business and Finance.

She has worked in a diverse array of business development and marketingroles, including at a London-based financial consulting firm and two innovativestart-ups. Tamara is responsible for the development and promotion of the Company’s endorsing body service package. In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga and travelling.

Ekaterina Borodenko

Accounts Assistant

Ekaterina Borodenko possesses Bachelor’s degrees in both English and Finance, in addition to a Master’s degree in Finance which she received in 2018. Currently Ekaterina is moving towards her ACCA qualification. She has over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with a number of large international companies in Kazakhstan. In her free time Ekaterina enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Anastasia Kravchenko

Business Support Manager

Anastasia graduated from Queen Mary University with a Bsc in Economics, Finance and Management. Afterwards, she did a Masters degree in Marketing Strategy at Cass Business School. In her free time, she enjoys running and cooking.

Irina Inozemtceva

Financial Accounts Manager

Irina Graduated from Oxford Brookes University with Masters degree in Business Management. Currently she is working as an Financial Accounts Manager with expertise in Payroll and pension, Bookkeeping, VAT. In her free time, Irina enjoys photography and painting.

Anastasia Shiyanova

International Business Development Executive

Anastasia graduated with honours from the Kuban State University with a degree in Foreign Regional Studies of Southern Europe. She studied as an exchange student at the University of Bristol, Faculty of Italian Linguistics and British Cinema. Currently is studying Public Relations at the International Career Institute.

In the company, Anastasia is engaged in customer support and social networking. In her spare time, she is fond of psychology, yoga, learning foreign languages and traveling.

Ekaterina Leporinskaia

Business Support Manager

Ekaterina holds two master's degrees. She earned her first master's degree in Finance from Bashkir State University in 2014 and recently completed a master’s degree program in 'International Business and Data Analysis' at Ulster University London in 2023. With a diverse background in banking, consulting, and real estate, Ekaterina brings a wealth of experience to our team.

At Schoolgate, Ekaterina works as our Business Support Manager. She plays a crucial role in assisting our team and clients with various administrative and financial tasks. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ekaterina enjoys her spare time by engaging in her passion for running.

Sara Ghattas

Co-Director

Sara has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Major with Honours. She worked in the FMCG, education and event planning fields.
Her work for one of the world's leading multinationationals where she was responsible for many accounts covering large geographical areas, gave her extensive sales and marketing experience.
In her free time she likes doing arts & crafts, reading and writing.

Charities we Support

Our goal is to provide high quality accounting services to enable our clients to grow efficiently. However, this is not the only thing that we care about. Our aim is to make sure that we are socially responsible and we support charities and individuals to make good things happen.

Here are some charities and individuals that we are able to support currently.

Guide Dogs for the Blind

In Association with Russian School “Family Tree,” we are happy to sponsor the charity “Guide Dogs for the Blind. ”We have our own sponsored dog puppy called Felix. This puppy will hopefully be a guide dog for one of many blind people In the city. Felix is taking his first steps towards becoming a fully trained guide dog. GOOD LUCK FELIX. Christian Solidarity Worldwide

Christian Solidarity Worldwide is a human rights charity that works for religious freedom through advocacy and human rights, in the pursuit of justice.The charity works in over 20 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, defending everyone’s right to freedom of religion or belief.

St Matthew’s Church

We are also proud to support our local church St. Matthew’s Church, Wimbledon. St Matthew’s is a member of the Wimbledon Team Ministry, a group of Anglican churches in the Diocese of Southwark. The other churches in the team are St Mary’s, St Mark’s and St John’s.
